Time for some tunes again… Mashups may have peaked in popularity a bit, but you’d never know that at MashUpTown. There you can find up-to-the-minute mixes of the most unlikely tunes you’d never think would go together, as well as links to other groovy mashup websites. So check it out and find some crazy mashups that will make your life a little crazier.

And good luck to those folks heading out to the New Jersey Marathon and Half Marathon (that means you, Bambi!) this Sunday. It might be warm, but at least it should be dry, either way, be careful out there. We hear it’s flat, so let us know if that’s true or just race propaganda!

Ah yes, the 1/2 marathon and the full marathon were run together on the same course. The 1/2 being 1 loop the full being 2 loops. This is all fine and good for the 1/2 marathoners but the full marathoners got to hear the ever present "you are almost there!" from mile 9 to 13.1, when all us 1/2ers got out of their way. My heart went out to them!
Really enjoyed your posts and blog, and I admire your accomplishments. I'm training for my first ultra-marathon later this year (50 miler at Sunmart in Texas), so it's always good to come across someone with experience to read about.
If you get a chance, please visit my running web site, Faithful Soles. I have a categorized and searchable running Blog Database on there and would appreciate it if you would link your blog to it. I already have quite a few other ultra-runners and marathoners on there, as well as people of all other abilities and age groups. Thanks and continued good luck in your training.
