The Asphalt Green Thursday night running crew stops to take it all in after training for this damn thing for week after week.

Cranky, my brother how did your second ING sponsored race in a month go? I know I should check the results but I'm just too damn lazy....although I'm watching the re-air on Universal Sports, and I think they should take Al Trautwig off his antidepressants, becuase it might lighten up his commentary.

Hey Bob,
Thanks for checking on me, I was too tired to do it myself...

I did well, a 3:29. Four minutes slower than Hartford, but that's because I felt worse in the final 6 miles, and I had no company to help me keep my mind off of the pain. in other words, you weren't there yesterday! Otherwise, it was a generally good day, I'll write about the fun and games soon...
